I use the(modrn statistics) plugin to display the latest submissions
I want this plugin to be displayed for guests as well
But it has no special settings

Admincp->Appearance->Modern statistics click on the statistics area you have created. If Unregistered / Unconfirmed is selected from the Include nodes field, deselect it.
