XF 2.2 Style CSCN Anniversary 2.2.12a

Manually updated for XenForo 2.2.12, fixing some artifacts generated by "template auto-merge".

Disclaimer: My XenForo license is expired, but we do have official free access to XenForo demo sites (which has time limits). I finished the theme update procedures by using an XF official demo site.

No other new function added.

Beta 21 brings compatibility improvements for XenForo 2.2.3. It also fixes a bug in recent XF2.2-oriented releases that search-forum nodes are not styled. Now they are styled as same as previous node types offered in XenForo 2.1 releases.

This update removes a modification introduced in early Beta builds (prior to the availability of this style in this XenForo official forum). I wrote that definition when I was trying to compensate with something in XF 2.1 default template, but it looks like a wrong approach.

By removing this modification (actually, I commented it out using "//"), it solves compatibility issues with certain aftermarket addons.

I simply commented out the 104th line of "cscn_theme_customize.less":

Updated node_list_forum and PAGE_CONTAINER, synchronizing changes made by XF 2.2.2 comparing to XF 2.2.1 release.
